Liverpool legend Ian Rush believes in the club's young strikers.

Rush believes this could be the perfect time to blood youngster like Adam Morgan and Samed Yesil, who recently signed from Bayer Leverkusen.

"Yeah, [Liverpool] need another striker. I think Roger Hunt is coming back though," joked the former forward with talkSPORT.

"Brendan [Rodgers] can't do anything about it now so let's get on with it.

"We've got some good young ones so maybe some of them can come through."
