Bayern Munich are willing to listen to offers for Jerome Boateng.

The former Manchester City defender has been linked with rivals United in recent weeks.

And Bayern chief Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has admitted they are likely to consider offers.

He said, "If a club comes to us and he says that he wants to join that club, then we will negotiate. But the offer has to be important."

Along with United, Boateng has also been linked with a return to City.
