Russian club Rubin Kazan are eyeing a possible move for Newcastle United striker Papiss Cisse.
Tuttomercatoweb suggests that the 28-year old Senegalese striker could be the subject of a £10million offer from Kazan before the Russian transfer window closes.
Cisse is out of favour at St James' Park this season, having started just even times for 16 appearances in total, scoring just one goal.
He was targeted by Turkish side Trabzonspor last month and is now on the radar of Rubin who sit 11th on the Russian Premier League table.
