Royal Antwerp have made an offer for Fulham midfielder Ibrahima Cisse.

HLN says Antwerp have made a €700,000 offer for the Guinea international.

The summer offer arrives after Antwerp made enquiries after Cisse in January.

Fulham are ready to do business after being relegated at the end of last season.

Cisse has past Belgian experience with Standard Liege and KV Mechelen.
