Former PSG star Jerome Rothen is urging Edinson Cavani to come clean on his plans this month.

Off contract in June, Cavani is being linked with a January move to England, where Chelsea and Manchester United have been linked.

Rothen told RMC: "Cavani has a problem, it is that he does not communicate. Maybe he doesn't communicate so as not to screw up the mess at a club where he is idolised by most PSG supporters.

"He likes this club, he doesn't pretend.
