Cardiff City midfielder Filip Kiss remains a loan target for Ross County.
The Staggies had the 23-year old Slovakian playmaker trial in December and manager Derek Adams is hoping to bring him to Victoria Park for the remainder of the season.
However, he has revealed that there are some complications following the recent sacking of Bluebirds boss Malky Mackay.
"We are still looking at Filip but there is a problem as Cardiff have just lost their manager," he told the Daily Record.
