Tomas Rosicky has admitted he will miss his mentoring role to Arsenal's young talent after a decade at the club who have chosen not to renew his contract.
The 35-year-old was given a guard of honour after Sunday's final-day victory over Aston Villa.
During that time, he has witnessed the emergence of players such as Jack Wilshere, Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Aaron Ramsey, and has played a key role in their development.
Rosicky, whose contract expires this summer, said: "When I came, all the young British guys grew alongside me. I have seen them since they were 16 years old basically — Jack, Theo, the Ox, Aaron and Kieran Gibbs, so many. I have seen them grow from little lads to the big players they are now and this makes me proud that I had an influence on them and that is why it is really difficult to leave."
