Joshua Rose is free to play his first game for the Central Coast Mariners this weekend.
The 28-year old left-back has been given clearance by means of provisional registration by FIFA after experiencing difficulties in obtaining his International Transfer certificate from Romanian club Universitatea Craiova.
But he is now ready to go and cannot wait to take on Adelaide United at Gosford's Bluetongue Stadium on Sunday.
"I'm over the whole situation, I just want to play," Rose told the Express Advocate.
"I signed with the Mariners in March so this has been going on since then. The club was having financial dramas in Romania so it's a massive relief to be finally able to play.
"It's a huge weight off my shoulders. I'm fit and ready to go. After more than three years in Romania I wanted to come back to Australia. I've got two young boys so it was a lifestyle decision as much as anything."
