Real Madrid have secured passage to the Champions League knockouts after victory over Olympique Lyon.
Real Madrid joined domestic rivals Barcelona in guaranteeing their qualification for the Champions League knockout stages as two Cristiano Ronaldo goals gave Jose Mourinho's men a 2-0 victory at Lyon on Wednesday night.
Ronaldo scored a goal in each half - including his 100th for the club in just 105 games - to secure the points at Stade Gerland.
And that, coupled with Group F rivals Ajax's 4-0 hammering of Dinamo Zagreb, maintains Real's five-point lead in the group and ensures their progression.
