Ronald Araujo insisted on looking on the bright side of his Barcelona debut.

The young Uruguayan featured in the critical defeat of Sevilla, but was also sent off.

“Debuting in the first team is a dream for me. I go with that, with the joy of being able to debut," insisted Araujo.

On the dismissal, he added: "It is not a foul. I win the position, it is shoulder to shoulder. It is a decision of the referee that will not extinguish my debut joy.

"I am happy. In the preseason I could be with the team. I am doing everything with Barça B and I work every day to have opportunities."
