Roma have taken a swipe at agent Bayram Tutumlu over his complaints on social media about the treatment of goalkeeper Robin Olsen.

Tutumlu's nephew is the agent of goalkeeper Olsen, whose move to Montpellier broke down.

In a statement, the club declared: "AS Roma has noted the increasingly bizarre claims being made in recent days by Mr Bayram Tutumlu on Twitter.

“In light of these comments, the club is intrigued to ask what role and/or interest Mr Tutumlu had or has in the transfer dealings for Robin Olsen.

“The club is now forced to look back on past dealings to try and find some occasion where Mr. Tutumlu was involved, in a declared capacity or otherwise, with any transfer business involving Roma."
