Roma midfielder Javier Pastore credits his form revival to coach Paulo Fonseca.

While Roma have had an inconsistent season so far, Pastore has impressed in midfield.

“I feel good and I'm happy with how things are going, although I'm sorry for how our last two games went," he told Roma TV.

“We're working well, and you'll see very good things form us on the pitch once we return.

“As for myself, I think I'm at 80-90 percent. Playing six games in a row, every three days, showed me I'm fit.

“I didn't expect to play so much, it had been so long since I last did so. The injuries to my teammates led me to do so, but the staff have managed me well in training.

“The arrival of Fonseca was very important. He has a rapport with the players and he's letting me train better."
