Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante says Italy are doing their homework on Austria.

Italy meet Austria in the Euro 2020 round of 16 on Saturday.

“All the teams who make it into the last 16 are strong, so it can never be easy," Cristante told the UEFA website.

“Every game is difficult, we are studying Austria in depth and we will certainly be fully prepared for the game.

“I think the group of 26 players is very solid and our performances are proving that. Jorginho has shown what he can do at both club level and for the Nazionale.

“Seeing the fans back in the stadium was so emotional and it helped us to do better on the pitch too. We play for all Italians, those who live abroad and who are in Italy, and I hope our positive results can help everyone get through a difficult year."
