Douglas Luiz is weighing up his future at Aston Villa.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reports Luiz is at the top of Roma's transfer wish list and he is open to a move away from Villa after Boubacar Kamara arrived from Marseille on a free transfer earlier this month.
It is expected that the French international will occupy a place in Steven Gerrard's starting XI week in, week out, while John McGinn and Jacob Ramsey are also favoured by the Villa head coach.
Luiz is admired by Roma boss Jose Mourinho and the Italian giants have long been linked with a swoop for the former Manchester City man.
With just 12 months left on his current contract with Villa, the club could look to cash in on the 24-year-old as his value is depreciating with every passing month.
