AS Roma are believed to be showing significant interest in Manchester City's Edin Dzeko.

According to the Daily Mirror, the Italians have joined Liverpool in the chase for the 29-year old striker who continues to be linked with a City exit this summer.

Roma are determined to add some firepower to the attack that has scored just 53 goals in Serie A this season and want Bosnia-Herzegovina international Dzeko to join them in the Italian capital.

Dzeko, who has been City since 2011, made just 11 Premier League starts for four goals in the recently-completed English season.
