Roma are closing on a deal for Chelsea fullback Davide Zappacosta.
The former Torino defender has been made available by Chelsea this month, with manager Frank Lampard keen to make room to bring through Reece James.
Roma are in the market for fullback signing, says Il Messaggero, and also have Napoli's Elseid Hysaj on their shortlist.
However, Roma management see Zappacosta as the better option.
And Chelsea are eager to do business, with a priority on a straight cash sale.
