Roma must make a FOURTH offer for Granit Xhaka if they're to prise the midfielder away from Arsenal.
The well-connected Roma Presse reports Arsenal have turned down a third increased bid from the Serie A side.
Jose Mourinho is a big fan of the Switzerland midfielder and is desperate to make him his first signing at his new club.
Xhaka will leave the Gunners after five seasons at the club. The 28-year-old has won two FA Cups during his time in north London and two Community Shield finals.
And despite a positive season, in terms of personal performances, manager Mikel Arteta is willing to part with the midfielder providing the Gunners receive the right fee.
