Roma have expressed interest in Barcelona fullback Junior Firpo.

The Gazzetta dello Sport says the left-back, who is the backup to Jordi Alba, has a suitor in Italy as Roma are said to be interested in him.

Firpo could replace Leonardo Spinazzola if the latter leaves the Italian capital.

It's also said that Roma are interested in Tottenham's Jan Vertonghen.

Firpo joined Barca last summer from Real Betis.
