AS Roma coach Claudio Ranieri is adamant Nicolo Zaniolo is not for sale.

The midfielder had cast doubt over his future after a post-match interview following the 2-2 draw with Fiorentina.

But Ranieri insists: “Zaniolo had had finished his interview and was asked another question. He said he wanted to stay at Roma.

“The club have no intention of selling him or letting him leave. He'll be able to sign on for another year in January because before then, the law doesn't allow it.

“He wants to stay and Roma want to keep him. I hope that's the end of this matter."
