Roma coach Fonseca admits mixed emotions after defeat of Parma

AS Rpma coach Paulo Fonseca had mixed emotions after their victory over Parma.

Roma had to fight back from a goal down to beat Parma with Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Jordan Veretout strikes.

“It's not a good result. It is a good victory, but not a good result," said Fonseca in his press conference.

“We didn't suffer as such, but when we have so many clear scoring opportunities, we ought to kill the game off much earlier. I thought we played well both offensively and defensively. Having two players behind Edin Dzeko helps and we made some changes from the defeat to Napoli.

“It's important to build from the back with three in defence and we also left Veretout a little more freedom. Dzeko worked very hard this evening and helped the team, so that's just as important as scoring a goal."
