Roma chief Tiago Pinto is in London to close a deal for Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham.
Sky Italia says Pinto flew into London on Wednesday to wrap up a £34m deal for Abraham.
The Serie A club are looking for a new striker after letting Edin Dzeko leave for Inter Milan, where he will replace Chelsea-bound Romelu Lukaku.
Abraham, who was on the bench for Chelsea during their UEFA Super Cup win over Villarreal on Wednesday, already spoke with Roma boss Jose Mourinho but is yet to accept the move to Italy as Arsenal remain interested.
Pinto is set to meet with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia and Abraham's representatives on Thursday as he seeks to thrash out a deal on an initial loan with obligation to buy for a total of €40m (£34m).
