AS Roma chief Monchi is convinced by the quality of Justin Kluivert.

The former Ajax winger is battling to break into the starting line-up at Roma, but Monchi is confident in his potential.

"He is 18 and I think he will be an important player in the European football of the future," said Monchi.

"He uses both feet, plays on both sides, has speed and goals. He is an investment. But my work is more focused on profiles, not on names.

"I adapt to the coach, his technical-tactical needs and depending on the type of game he wants to propose. This is the same of Di Francesco, Emery, Juande or Sampaoli."
