Roma and Juventus are battling to bring Chelsea attacker Pedro to Italy this summer.
Pedro will become a free agent at the end of June and Juve have entered the race to sign the 32-year-old, says Il Tempo.
Fellow Serie A club Roma are also known to be interested in the World Cup and Champions League winner, but Juventus boss Maurizio Sarri will hope his relationship with Pedro will help secure the deal.
The Spaniard worked with Sarri at Stamford Bridge last season, making 52 appearances under the Italian, scoring 13 goals and winning the Europa League.
Sarri has history of signing former players at new clubs and The Old Lady have also been linked with Pedro's Chelsea team-mates Jorginho and Willian.
