Norwich City defender Ben Godfrey has popped up on Roma's radar.
Corriere dello Sport says Roma's England-based adviser Franco Baldini has recommended the England U21 international to management.
Godfrey is expected to become available at Norwich when their relegation from the Premier League is confirmed.
Along with Roma, AC Milan are also monitoring developments with the belief the defender will be available for around €20m.
Roma's pursuit of Godfrey isn't expected to affect plans to turn the loan of Manchester United defender Chris Smalling into a permanent deal.
