AS Roma 2-1 Cluj 1: Italians cruise in Rome

AS Roma notched their first Champions League win of the season with a 2-1 result over Romanian outfit CFR Cluj.

Philippe Mexes struck first in the 69th minute before Marco Borriello added a second two minutes later to give the Romans the clear advantage.

Cluj hit back with 12 minutes remaining when Ionut Rada nodded home but the damage had been done and Claudio Ranieri's men were able to salute and grab all three points at home.
