Swansea City boss Brendan Rodgers says many of his squad should have been long playing in the Premier League before now.
The Swans face Manchester United tonight.
Rodgers said: "I've looked at players like Mark Gower, Garry Monk and Leon Britton, guys who have spent many years in the lower levels, and it's a shame that it's taken until 32, 33 years of age to show that they can play at this level.
"It's taken these guys a long time to get to this and they are determined to take the opportunity."
