Leicester City will have to stump up more than £10million to axe their manager this month.
The Foxes are rock bottom of the Premier League with one point from seven matches.
Their latest result was a 6-2 battering at the hands of Tottenham on Saturday, which means it is their worst start to a top flight season in decades.
According to The Mirror, Leicester will owe manager Brendan Rodgers an eight-figure sum should he be sacked.
He has almost three years left to run on his £200,000-a-week contract with the club.
While Leicester could place him on gardening leave to avoid paying the whole sum in one go, they would have to stump up a lot of cash unless Rodgers lands another high paying job within months.
