Former Arsenal star Stewart Robson does not believe the Gunners should go after Julian Weigl from Borussia Dortmund.

The North London side have been linked with a move for the 23-year-old midfielder to replenish their options in that area.

But Robson believes they should consider other options.

"Well Ramsey's not getting in the side," Robson said.

"So they've got [Granit] Xhaka, they've got Guendouzi as well, they've got Torreira as you said.

"Weigl is a good player.

"At the moment, I don't think Arsenal need him. So I'm going to have that as a miss."
