Robin Gosens insists he has no regrets joining Inter Milan.

The fullback left Atalanta for Inter last season, but has struggled to establish himself with the Nerazzurri.

"I undervalued my injury, I am a player who strongly relies on physicality," he admitted.

“I didn't recover the shape of the past, which means I was not able to be who I wanted on the pitch for a long time."

“I play for one of the best clubs in world, currently we are among the top eight clubs in Europe."

Gosens missed World Cup selection with Germany and also told Süddeutsche Zeitung: “Not having played at the World Cup was a huge disappointment, the lowest point in my career so far."
