Robert Moreno: Granada a chance to prove critics wrong

Robert Moreno admits he sees Granada as a chance to prove himself to his critics.

The former AS Monaco and Spain coach feels Granada offers him the chance to establish his reputation in club football.

He told AS: "I care what I show myself because it is a personal challenge, that I am trained and prepared to do what I like. Above that there is an external component that is not to be demonstrated, but to make people happy.

"One of the nice things about this profession is the ability to make people happy with something that is the least of the important things. There are people who go to work happy on Monday because on Sunday their team has won and the week is faced in a different way. That is a non-tangible payment that encourages me to continue working in this position and impose myself on being demanding."
