A Major League Soccer commentator has taken a humorous cheap shot at Toronto Mayor Rob Ford.
Toronto FC lost 3-0 to Real Salt Lake at Rio Tinto Stadium on the weekend and when Luis Gil scored the home side's second goal in the 28th minute, announcer Brian Dunseth distributed the following zinger directed at Toronto's controversial politician.
"Like Rob Ford at a buffet, it's a simple finish," the former Columbus Crew and RSL man said.
The comment was re-iterated by Dunseth at half-time as the besieged Ford continues to deal with controversies while he looks to win re-election to the Mayor's seat.
