The belief is returning to Fulham's players after victory over Aston Villa.
Cottagers boss Rene Meulensteen has already convinced his players that they can survive and, importantly, the dressing room is fully behind him.
Sascha Riether said: "We have got a lot of games left and if we continue like this then we will get out of trouble.
"It is not easy if you lose six games in a row and it is normal that confidence will suffer but we have got a very experienced team and we had to deal with that. You could see that everyone was fighting for each other and that is important.
"We played well against Tottenham and deserved more so it was important for us to win yesterday. He [Meulensteen] has changed things and it is important that the players react. We have got fantastic players but if you are not a team, you will not do anything. We played as a team and got our reward."
