Rice claims West Ham will learn from Genk experience

Declan Rice says West Ham United will look at Thursday's 2-2 draw with Genk as a learning experience.

The Hammers squandered a 2-1 lead with an own goal from Tomas Soucek in the final minutes of the game.

"We're still learning, it's our first time in Europe and we have to find different ways to play against different opposition," Rice told the club's website.

"We still have two tough games left, we have to go to Vienna and play Zagreb at home, but we want to finish top. We don't want to come second in the group, we want to finish top and proceed to the next round."
