Watford are tracking Birmingham City fullback Kristian Pedersen.

BT says the Hornets tabled an £8m offer for the Denmark international in January. However, the Blues turned down the bid, insisting it fell short of their valuation.

Watford are expected to return for Pedersen this summer should they retain their Premier League status.

Pedersen, 25, joined Birmingham two years ago from Union Berlin and has been impressive this season, playing 36 games and scoring four goals.
