REVEALED: Van de Beek set to earn €6m-a-year with Man Utd

Donny van de Beek has accepted a massive pay-rise in his new contract with Manchester United.

Ajax have agreed to sell the star midfielder to the Premier League giants for £40m.

The 23-year-old completed a medical on Monday and an announcement is expected early next week.

Van de Beek will be rewarded handsomely at his new club, according to Dutch outlet De Telegraaf.

A new five-year contract will see the Netherlands international take home 120,000 euros a week, or more than six million euros per year.

He will become Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's first signing of the season, but fans hope he will not be the last.
