Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho has been coveting the PSG job for the past year, it has been claimed.
In a new book, "PSG: Change or die", it's been revealed Mourinho had pushed for the job.
With the book being serialised in Soccer Link, it's suggested Mourinho would be PSG coach today if Antero Henrique had remained sporting director.
And despite Henrique's departure, Mourinho also maintained regular contact with his replacement, Leonardo, as he waited for the PSG job to become available.
But in the end, Mourinho chose not to wait any longer once Spurs made contact.
