Real Madrid have included two clauses in their deal with Tottenham for Sergio Reguilon.
The Spain left-back, after last season's successful loan with Sevilla, has been bought outright by Spurs.
AS says Reguilon has joined Spurs for €30m plus €5m in bonuses, signing a five-year contract in the process.
And the transfer also includes two clauses for Real.
The first is a €40m buy-back option which runs to 2022. The second gives Real Madrid first refusal on re-signing the defender.
