Tottenham failed with a bid for a second Sessegnon this season, it has been revealed.
Spurs landed Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham last summer for a fee of £30m.
And the Telegraph says the Londoners also tried to sign twin brother Steven Sessegnon from the Cottagers. But their £3m offer was rejected.
Steven has managed 11 first team appearances for Fulham this season and is an England U21 international.
He has a contract with the Championship outfit to 2022.
