Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has drawn up a nine-player shopping list for the summer market.
The Evening Standard says Solskjaer still has nine players on his transfer shortlist, despite executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward urging caution over the club's prospective spending this summer.
James Maddison (Leicester City), Donny van de Beek (Ajax), Moussa Dembele (Lyon), Erling Braut Haaland (Borussia Dortmund), Timo Werner (RB Leipzig) and Raul Jimenez (Wolves) all remain on the club's radar.
Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho and Aston Villa playmaker Jack Grealish remain the top targets for Solskjaer.
Woodward would love to sign Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur but a deal is highly unlikely because of Spurs' demands.
