Steve Rowley is still working for Arsenal, it has been revealed.

While it has been anounced head of recruitment Sven Mislintat will leave the job next month, it's been revealed long time chief scout Rowley still has a connection tp the club.

The Daily Mail says as part of the changes brought in by Mislintat, Rowley, who played an huge role during Arsene Wenger's era, formally left the club - though he is still said to be used on a consultancy basis.

Likewise, Arsenal's influential French-based scout Gilles Grimandi also left earlier this season.

And sources claim the upheaval, particularly among the more established scouts, has caused the discontent behind the scenes.
