Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane wants to hold onto Luka Modric, it has been revealed.
Contrary to local reports, Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, speaking on El Chiringuito, revealed Zidane and Modric are eager to continue to work together.
"Zidane wants to stick with Modric and Modric wants to stay in Madrid," said Inda. "He wants Modric and he has doubts about Casemiro."
Modric, 33, has been with Real since 2012 and has a deal to 2020.
The Ballon d'Or winner came close to joining Inter Milan last August.
