PSG have made a special demand in negotiations with Atletico Madrid over the departure of Edinson Cavani.
Off contract in June, Cavani wants to sign for Atletico this week, with PSG insisting on a fee to sell.
Okdiario's chief pundit Eduardo Inda, while speaking on El Chiringuito, revealed: "The closing of the agreement for Cavani is delayed because PSG wants to include a clause for Joao Felix as a right of first refusal.
"Of course, it would have to be over the €126m he cost Atlético.
"Atleti accepts a gentlemen's agreement but does not include any express written clause.
"He has an enormous talent, but with the style of Atlético it is not surprising that he does not get to show everything he can do. I suspect it may be because of (Diego) Simeone's tactical scheme."
