Arsenal are watching Rubin Kazan attacking midfielder Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.

The Georgia international has long been linked with a move to England, where Everton have been keen.

Area Napoli says Arsenal are in talks for Kvaratskhelia amid interest from Napoli.

The 21 year-old is eager to join the Gunners and was willing to make the move immediately, but the Premier League has blocked clubs from signing players freed up by FIFA due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The youngster is currently on-loan in Georgia with Dinamo Batumi.
