REVEALED: Pogba's reaction to first training session with Fernandes at Man Utd

Paul Pogba was happy to work with Bruno Fernandes from the first day at Manchester United, it has been claimed.

The Portuguese midfielder has been a revelation for United since his arrival last January, scoring 36 goals and 23 assists for the club. Fernandes is now firmly established as their leading player.

Pogba's private reaction to sharing the training pitch with Fernandes for the first time last June has been revealed.

The Athletic says the Frenchman enjoyed “bouncing off" his new team-mate as well as midfielder's passion for the game.

The pair worked positively together as the World Cup-winner enjoyed seeing his new team-mate fill a leadership role, being vocal and making big demands of the United squad.

The report also claimed that the players had found a common love for spontaneity and ingenuity, making a good rapport.
