Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has money to spend this week.

The Daily Mail says Pochettino does have money available to spend as he tries to breathe life into Tottenham's season.

Spurs chairman Daniel Levy was prepared to spend significantly during the current transfer window if Pochettino had asked for funds.

Indeed, Pochettino went into the new year intending to sign a forward as support for Kane and a central midfielder to provide back-up for Victor Wanyama and Moussa Sissoko in the wake of Mousa Dembele's move to China.

Yet he has been unwilling to seek a big name, instead weighing up moves for talent that can be developed such as Hull City's Jarrod Bowen and Jack Clarke of Leeds.
