Udinese winger Piotr Zielinski wants to join Liverpool.

On-loan with Empoli last season, the Pole has been the subject of talks with Napoli.

The Daily Express says Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has been a fan of Zielinski for some time and considered making a move for him in January.

However, the German boss wanted longer to assess the player's suitability and delayed negotiations until the summer.

But now Italian journalist Tancredi Palmeri claims Zielinski has made a decision about his future.

He tweeted: "Liverpool's target Zielinski has given his priority to find a deal with Liverpool, choosing them and refusing Napoli proposal".
