Former Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho has held talks with Bayern Munich about the coach's job.
TMW says ex-Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger also spoke with Bayern about succeeding the sacked Niko Kovac.
But for now, Bayern are happy to stick with interim coach Hans Flick.
Mourinho informed the Bavarians he'd take the job, but asked for a longer contract than expected, until 2022, and for a massive salary. Wenger, meanwhile, was willing to sign to the end of the season - but with an obligatory option to extend if they won the Bundesliga title.
Flick has reinforced his position after victory over Borussia Dortmund on the weekend.
