Jose Mourinho is ready to work with Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos again.

It's been suggested Mourinho would only return to Real if Ramos moved out after the pair fell out during his first spell in charge.

However, Spanish pundit Josep Pedrerol told Jugones: "Ramos is the main obstacle to Mourinho's return. The Portuguese knows it. The defense of Ramos by Mourinho the other day is the first step towards reconciliation. Basically, Mou and Ramos are the same. They are both up front. And the captain must assume that Madrid is above all else.
