Manchester United are prepared to match the asking price of Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho.

The Sun says United are ready to splash £70m to meet Borussia Dortmund's asking price and snap up Sancho in the summer.

The German club have named their figure for the 18-year-old winger with the Red Devils ready to meet their demands.

And in a strange twist, the potential deal would see local rivals Manchester City net around £10.5million thanks to their 15% sell-on clause.

If Sancho does return to the Premier League, Dortmund are set to make massive profit having signed the teenager for just £8million in a shock move from City in August 2017.
