REVEALED: Man City record bid for Grealish will be paid ENTIRELY up front

Manchester City are confident closing a deal for Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish next week.

The Sun says City are hoping to wrap up a £100MILLION deal for Jack Grealish next week.

And the big-spending champions plan to follow that up by landing Harry Kane in another monster transfer swoop.

City's bid for Aston Villa skipper Grealish, 25, would make him the most expensive player in Premier League history.

Etihad chiefs are confident Grealish wants to come — with the chance to play Champions League football under Pep Guardiola too good to turn down.

They then aim to strike a deal with Tottenham for England skipper Kane, 28, that would break the British transfer record AGAIN.

Chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak promised City would splash out this summer.

And it is understood they would pay £100m UP FRONT for Grealish, without any add-ons.
